My daughter and I just finished our first ever batch of ravioli using this maker. It is awesome! Our advice is follow the written instructions as given with the maker. Extra flour kept the pasta from sticking to the mold and using only one tsp of filling produced perfect spinach ravioli. I also used the back side of a teaspoon to help cut the edges rather than just using the little rolling pin. An awesome product. If you know how to make the sheets of pasta, you can easily make ravioli. One batch of dough made 4 dozen ravioli. Reading other reviews helped me to select this. I hope you enjoy your ravioli mold, too.

Great ravioli maker!! every year I make ravioli for Christmas dinner and I used another brand.This year I discovered the V5400 and the time of making them was cut in half! The only problem is the size of the ravioli: I like mine a little smaller, but still a great gadget.

I have used this mold 3 times, and I posted some pics of my very first batch. As stated in one of the pictures, I use a rather dry dough (a food processor comes handy for this) and I had no need to dust with flour or use oil to release the ravioli. I see the need to use either one, though, when water is added to the dough. The raviolis shape is perfect, even better than the pictures. The seal comes out perfect and so far, none of the raviolis popped open in boiling water.
I love it. Highly recommend. I am going to buy the larger mold too. Happy filling!

I have used this phone for many months now. First off let me say that I don't talk on the phone while driving. This cell phone would probably be less than ideal for that. However, if you want to talk and drive without holding the phone, you can actually put it on the seat next to you and use the speaker phone feature with the phone case open.
The outside of this cell phone is not pretty. It is very blah - the numbers are in shades of gray. Inside the phone, however, you have a very cute and functional keypad with mirrored sides. The key pad is ideal for texting and the speaker phone works very well in my experience. Also you can listen to music if you want, but there is no regular headphone jack so you have to purchase an adapter. This phone takes a micro SD card.
Video quality and features are not good. You can only take clips of 30 seconds or less.
Supposedly the camera has a zoom feature, but I haven't found it yet. Maybe I should call the company about this.
That said, the camera is perfectly adequate for capturing still shots when you don't have your camera on hand. I have used it to take many photos (hundreds) and overall I am very impressed. The camera is apparently a Samsung 2 MP. It is great for photos for Facebook and takes up very little space on your computer hard drive. If you want to take photos of people, you will need to ask them to stand still.
I have the $10 AT&T unlimited internet plan with this free phone. It is basically only good for looking up phone numbers on websites. I have also used it to go to Youtube, but it is a very basic internet plan and I really can't recommend it other than for occasional use. It is often unresponsive and slow.
I am holding out for now before I splurge on a new phone. Truth be told, I may turn this phone into a camera at some point in the future. This phone is mechanically sound with no problems whatsover. The keypad is immaculate because it's housed inside the camera. I protect the exterior with clear plastic film. I purchased a pink rhinestone bling case that's as good as new after months of use and extremely durable.
I really love some of the photos that I have taken - sort of fuzzy and artsy.

i purchased a pantech phone.....sure the device was used but i was suppose to be in very good condition....this item was purchased on 6-30-2011....todday is august 3, 2011 and i am yet able to use the phone...the phone is not able to come on and there was an adapter sent but it was almost new but did not go with the cell phone....this is a company that i will not use again...i would have know that the device and adapter were going to be in such poor condition i would never have ordered a cookie from this company....this is one person that will not order anything from again....signed ms very unhappy.

This took 10 minutes to install in a Dell Dimension 4600i. I purchased it as a replacement for the 250W PSU that came with the Dell. The new PSU fits perfectly, and has all the connections I needed (along with a few--like SATA--that I didn't). Dell used/uses(?) slightly unusual PSU's and this is a 100% fit for those. The new supply is at least as quiet as the original and should support a replacement graphics card. Just pay a little attention to where the various power cables go before you pull out the old PSU (take a photo if you need to).

Its been exactly 1 month since I replaced the psu on my computer. So far so good. My computer was no longer powering on and this PSU has given it new life.

The day I got the PSU I was very disappointed because when I look at the list of compatible computers on the box it did not have my computer listed (dimension 8400). I thought about not opening it and returning it but a few of the reviews had specifically mentioned using it for the dimension 8400.

Replacing it is very easy. I think this is the first time I have opened my computer so I am definitely no expert in installing computer hardware. The best advise I read (not sure if here or another site) was to take pictures of old PSU before you disconnect it. That way you remember exactly where you will have to connect the new one. Mine was only connected at about 5 places. Easy to remember I thought. But by the time I was installing the new PSU, I had forgotten what one of the connectors was connected to. Luckily I had the pics.

Others have mention that its noisy. I did notice the notice the first day. I am not sure if its no longer noisy or I gotten use to it but I either way this is not an issue.

I used this to replace the original power supply in a Dell Dimension E521. It has more than enough connections and it fit perfectly although it does not have the slot on the side to attach it to the case as the original had. I bought the 1.8 liter version (the smallest one) and used it for my first Cactus to Clouds hike the past Saturday. This is also my first reservoir (never used or had one before). I spent some time thinking and researching before getting this one.

Why the 1.8? I don't want to rely on reservoir only. I like to have the option of water bottles combined with a reservoir (in case any one failed). 1.8 liter has a wider width and shorter length, perfect for a small hydration compatible pack. The 2 and 3 liter can be too long for small packs. Some said that if you fold the zip top, the crease will start to leak. 1.8 liter you will not have to fold the top to fit the pack.

Before my hike I just fill it with drinking water. Only the first two sips had a taste, after that it was just plain water. The cheesy clip was a joke to look at but was actually quite handy to attach the bite valve to my shirt, otherwise it'd dangle and be very annoying.

To refill was a piece of cake. No need to get reservoir out or take items out of the backpack, simply unzip and pour the water into the opening.

The opening is not as big as CamelBak's (I bought a 100oz CamelBak winter reservoir, too). For my small female hand it was a tight squeeze to get into the bag (for cleaning purpose). However, since I don't plan to put anything other than water in the reservoir, it is not a big deal.

Some complained about the water flow but I find it a plus. It prevents me from drinking too much but must drink more frequently in small quantity. Frequent small sips hydrate the body much better than big gushed of water IMO.

I hope that this reservoir will last. After all, it's over $30 for a plastic bag. I'd be very pissed if it starts leaking after a few uses....(fingers crossed).

For now, I am a very happy Big Zip user.

I've found a perfect insulator for the 1.8L Big Zip: [...]
It's a Macbeth iPad sleeve (reversible). The width is perfect. the length is shorter than the bag but that's not a negative. It allows the zip exposed so that refilling of water or ice is easy. With this neoprene sleeve, the sweating from ice cubes inside the bag will not make the inside of my backpack wet. Try it out if you find Macbeth sleeve in your local TJMaxx.

This is the hydration pack for a backpack. It is cheaper than the scout store or outdoor store to buy it here. After use, clean it out well and let it air dry. It works, it can save lives out on the trails if one gets lost. BUt it is a hassle to get your kids use to.

This hydration bladder is easy to use and seems very durable. I have used it several times and have no leaking of water or air back into the bladder. The big zip top is an excellent concept but is not nearly as big as I thought it would be. It is still easy to fill with water from my refrigerator filter system or with ice cubes.

I bought this headset based on positive reviews of good voice quality. Unfortunately I have often had people tell me that they can't hear when using the headset, but they can when I unplug it. I wanted a wired unit because I believed that the sound quality would be better than a wireless one, but this unit does not deliver. It is also a little difficult to put on, making it hard to answer calls before they get sent to voicemail.

The product came better than expected. I ordered this in 2011, compared with some pictures I've seen in customer uploads, this latest version is updated with smaller USB plug, no more long cables and bulky usb adapter. Even more surprising, it came with a 2.5mm female to 3.5mm male adapter for more recent smart phone such as iphone and blackberry. They work beautifully. I had order a headset buddy adapter based on some recommendation, this is no longer necessary.

The sound is exceptional with my Siemen's home phone 2.5mm. USB worked flawlessly with windows 7. The iphone 4s sounds a little weak but the mic is loud for other to hear.

The headset looks bigger than the picture. The boom extends fully to near my mouth (varies depends on person tho, I guess) its a little awkward to put on at first but once you done it a few times, it becomes natural.

Overall, excellent product for the price, can't ask for any better headset. I've posted a picture with these new components.

I used a plantronics headset at work similar to this and wore it all day with no discomfort, so when it came time to need something for home I felt comfortable buying this product.
The 1st one I got didn't work, I spent time on the phone with they're tech support and was told that I must have a bad one and to return it for another. I waited for unit #2 and when I had it set up I encountered a different problem with that unit. I called their tech support again and again they came to the conclusion that there was something wrong with the unit. I went back to my old bulky headset for the time being.

0 satisfaction
the only good part of the whole thing was dealing with Amazon!!! They made the whole experience of returning, replacement and refund bearable and problem free.

My husband bought this as a Christmas present last year. I love it! It's very warm and extremely comfortable to wear even just to wrap around your feet. It's not as soft as I'd hoped. We were considering the snuggie as well, but the slanket has a lot more durability and is not made of thin material. I've compared the two and the slanket is definitely the way to go. It's so large and tall, my 6 foot friend even swallows in it. Getting it for a few Christmas presents this year!

like the color and material, although there is room for better colors and higher quality material. at this price, you can't complain about such things, though.

the cons are that sometimes it's a little awkward to put on. it is a lot of material - this thing could cover all of shaq, methinks. i guess it's better to have too much than too little, but i really think this is overkill.

oh well - the pros far outweigh the cons if you want a sleeved blanket. i read that the snuggie was garbage compared to this. i can't verify that, but i'm definitely satisfied with this purchase.

There are now quite a few different companies making these sleeved blankets and given how popular Slankets became last Christmas, its not surprising to see so many different companies trying to take advantage of what is no doubt a very good idea. As anyone who lives in colder climates will tell you, there are times when you wish you could just stay bundled up in your blanket and with a Slanket you can. A Slanket is basically a blanket with sleeves. This allows you to have full use of your hands and arms while remaining completely covered with the blanket. It may look a little funny but its functionality is so nice that you quickly learn to not give a rats behind what you look like while wearing a Slanket. I use it for reading, using my laptop and playing my xBox360. The days of having cold arms while the rest of your body is nice and toasty are over.

Out of all of the companies making sleeved blankets, Slanket is without a doubt the highest quality. I have seen first hand most of the other versions and they just do not compare quality wise. The one in particular that you should stay away from is the Snuggie. They are usually sold in a 2 for 1 manner which should tell you something right off the bat. Overall they are extremely thin and the fleece starts pilling after just a couple of washes. Slankets are made with much higher quality fleece, are much thicker and I have yet to see any pilling and I have washed some of my slankets at least 15-20 times.

For those who are unschooled in the different qualities of fleece, pilling occurs when the garment's fibers roll up, often after being washed, and lie on the surface like tiny round pills. This pilling effect seriously effects almost every aspect of the fleece including how it feels and its ability to keep heat in. All fleece pills eventually. You can tell how old a Patagonia Synchilla jacket is based off of how much pilling has taken place. High quality fleece doesn't pill for quite some time and cheap fleece starts to pill almost immediately. For example it literally takes years before Patagonia fleece products begin to pill. Again I had serious pilling after only 2 washes with the Snuggies and I am well over 20 washes with some of my Slankets and they still haven't shown any sign of pilling yet. The bottom line is that Slankets are made from a much higher quality fleece. Anyone who tells you differently simply doesn't know what they are talking about.

Its important to note that there are 2 separate versions of the Slanket floating around out there. There is the main version which is sold through the Slanket website. The vast majority of slanket's currently in the marketplace are this kind of Slanket. The 2nd version of the Slanket is the one that was made to be sold exclusively through QVC which, in case you don't know, is a home shopping network. The QVC Slanket is actually considerably different than the original version. The most obvious differences are the thickness and overall softness. The QVC Slanket is much thinner and much softer than the original version. The Original version really feels like a Patagonia Synchilla fleece jacket and the QVC version feels like the fur on a rabbits foot. The final difference between the two is in the sizes. The QVC version is much shorter than the original and this is because it was designed so that one could actually walk around while wearing it. You can still walk around with the original version Slankets however its far more difficult as its a couple feet longer which makes it very easy to trip on. You usually have to bunch up and hold the bottom of the Slanket if you want to walk around in an Original version.

I actually own 2 of both Slanket versions and to be honest I don't have a favorite. I like both versions about the same as they both have their strong points. One thing is for sure and that is that both Slanket versions are vastly superior to anything else on the market. If your interested in buying a sleeved blanket then you really shouldn't even consider buying anything but a Slanket. Overall they do exactly what they are supposed to do. What more can you really ask for.

Bottom line - A cold weather necessity!!
