The model I received was an older model...it froze up...I sent it back and got my money back...went to Best Buy...got the newer Model....and it froze up as i attempted to install 2g of memory...took it back...had geek Squad install all the stuff with the windows 7 upgrade...third one seems to be working fine...

Not much to say about this. Don't expect a Cray. It's for travel and some basic web surfing. Speaking of travel, don't think that you can get away with leaving it in your carry-on as you go through security at the airport. I had to pull it out. Although you are supposed to be able to leave them in a carry-on with removing them when going through security, I suppose it depends on the TSA agent at the x-ray machine.

Battery life of the battery supplied with the machine is poor. Expect to cycle it a few times before you think it will hold a charge for a few weeks of being powered-off. I think it's working OK now, but the battery will only power the machine for about an hour, and won't hold a charge very well.

I bought this little netbook about a month ago, and am generally happy with it when I'm powered up & running. But something just does not seem right with the battery. If I fully charge it, it seems to last not much more than an hour before warning that the level is low. And if I also have it fully charged, turn it off, and wait a week to use it again, the battery is completely dead. Is this normal, I bought it brand new!
